Shipping & Returns
To fulfil and ship your art print we use selected global partner facilities. This helps us deliver your product faster and cheaper while keeping the quality consistent.
Our shipping time depends on product availability and delivery destination. You will see costs and delivery times in the final step of order checkout.
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
- Standard Shipping: 5-20 business days
Once your order is ready to go, we hand it over to the carrier and send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can click on that number to see the latest updates on your shipment’s location via our tracking page.
All of our orders are custom-made, on-demand. When you order a poster, we will print it just for you, and therefore we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. By law, customized items are not entitled to a refund. If for any reason you aren’t happy with your print, please send us an email at email@example.com (remember to include your order number) and we’ll do our best to help!
Misprinted / Damaged / Defective Prints
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. We will either offer you a reprint (free of charge) or proceed with a full refund.
Important: Please make sure to take photos of both the package and the damaged product and send it together with other relevant information about the claim to firstname.lastname@example.org.
